In my last post, I mentioned the second Headache Blend I use, the intriguingly-named 'Morphine Blend'.
When I started using Essential Oils I followed quite a few pages on Facebook including the official doTERRA Essential Oils page to get ideas about how to use my new oils, another page I found was Health and Oils.
It was on the Health and Oils page I found the recipe for their Morphine Blend, I had Frankincense included in my Home Essential Kit so I just need to order the Marjoram and Lemongrass oils.
This was the first oil blend I made and used for headaches, and is the blend I use for general headaches. I mainly apply it on to my forehead between my hairline and eyebrows.
This blend is softer smelling, I think it is the uplifting notes of the Lemongrass, compared to the dōTERRA Past Tense that I have already mentioned, but it works just as well. If it has not cleared my headache with the first application I will reapply, I have never had to do more than two applications.
In my next post I will talk more about the oils kit I started my oil journey with dōTERRA's Home Essential Kit.
If you would like to know more about the oils I have used in this homemade blend, please feel free to get in touch.
